Our team will be only too pleased to help you plan a stress free Christmas event. We have a number of options available for Christmas 2016, ranging from our party nights with disco to an intimate family Sunday lunch,  served in the impressive dining hall  followed by a winters walk in the garden.

Madingley Hall prides itself in using local suppliers and creating menus from seasonal produce freshly made for you and your guests.

 

Christmas Party Night Menu

Sweet Potato and Red Pepper Soup with Crème Fraîche  & Sour Dough Croutons

  Goats Cheese Panna Cotta with a date and fig relish and beetroot crisps

Smoked Salmon Terrine served with Norfolk Cress, Horseradish Cream and Toasted Brioche

Cider Roasted turkey with Cranberry & Port chipolatas, Yorkshire Puddings, Garlic Roast Potatoes and a Cider Gravy

Braised Neck of Lamb with Root Vegetables and Caramelised Shallot Mash. Served with a Red Wine and Redcurrant Jus

Roast Salmon Fillet with Saffron Dauphinoise Potatoes and a champagne Sauce

Persian Squash and Pistachio Roast (V GF)

All served with

Honey & Mustard Roasted Parsnips; Chive Glazed Baby Carrots and Brussel Sprouts with Sage and Chestnuts
